Talking Tokens

Let’s get school starters talking!  It can be incredibly difficult to get our little ones sharing aspects of their school day, and it’s all too easy as parents to default to the same set of questions every day ‘What did you have for lunch?’! 

These little tokens are designed to create open conversations between you and your child.  Select one or two tokens, or get your child to take a ‘lucky dip’, read aloud and encourage them to share thoughts, observations, feelings and moments from their school day. You can use talking tokens for chats in the car, at home, or just about anywhere! 

The tokens are made from FSC Certified birch ply and presented in a beautiful cream canvas bag with black zip to keep them safe. There are 30 tokens in total, created alongside an experienced early years practitioner.

Please note: 

• Command strips or 3M removable backing tape recommended for fixing to wall, or white tac for lighter items (not included)
• As wood as a natural material there may be some small knots, grain may vary across products or to that pictured, and there may be some variance on engravings
• My products are decorative only and are not a toy.  Do not hang products near cots or beds. Always keep out of reach of children and babies. 
• All creations are made from birch ply and matte acrylic, plus a mirrored and glitter range.
