Personalised Initial Heart Tags

These gorgeous little tags can be added to presents, valentines gift boxes or bags, and reused year after year!  

Adorned with gorgeous engraved hearts, our tags are made from laser engraved FSC certified birch wood with acrylic letters - available in 7 gorgeous colours. Supplied with a neutral cream cord but feel free to add your own ribbon or cord!

When ordering, select the quantity desired and confirm in the ‘personalisation’ box exactly which initials you’d like 

Please note: 

• Command strips or 3M removable backing tape recommended for fixing to wall, or white tac for lighter items (not included)
• As wood as a natural material there may be some small knots, grain may vary across products or to that pictured, and there may be some variance on engravings
• My products are decorative only and are not a toy.  Do not hang products near cots or beds. Always keep out of reach of children and babies. 
• All creations are made from birch ply and matte acrylic, plus a mirrored and glitter range.
